Bridal FAQ’s

    • We only accept inquiries from you (aka - any inquiries from anyone other than you will be asked to send over your contact info.) This ensures that there’s full understanding and communication!

    • All wedding bookings require a 30% retainer & signed contract to be secured. Dates are not held by inquiries. The retainer is applied to your day-of service.

    • Weddings are booking faster than ever, sometimes up to 18 months in advance! Saturdays and popular months like June and September fill up especially fast. But don’t worry, you might still have time depending on your date. It’s a good idea to book your top vendors as soon as you can. We handle around 100 weddings a year and get a lot of inquiries daily, so dates can fill up quickly.

    • We travel across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and parts of Connecticut, within 90 minutes of Providence, RI. Each year, we also take on a limited number of destination weddings. For travel or destination wedding quotes, just fill out our inquiry form and we'll get back to you soon!

    • Yes. We require a minimum of five people per service for weddings. This means there's a minimum of five people for makeup and a minimum of five people for hair services.

    • We recommend scheduling your Bridal Preview (trial) within 3 months of your wedding date. Previews are scheduled on select weekdays 10 AM to 4 PM, as we are typically at weddings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

    • We do not offer trials before booking, but you can schedule a regular in-studio appointment for a general makeup application if you’d like. Keep in mind, we work on a first-come, first-serve basis and can’t hold dates. We get a lot of inquiries daily, so it’s best to check our Google reviews and Instagram gallery to see if our style suits you.

  • If we’re unable to make it to your wedding, we try our absolute best to find a trusted replacement as soon as possible. There’s more information on this scenario in our contract!

    • We use an array of brands all of which are professional quality and have been carefully selected for their ability to photograph and preform beautifully. To ensure durability throughout the day, all of the products that we use are professional grade, long-wearing, and heat resistant.

    • Yes! We accommodate bridal parties of all sizes. We bring an appropriate number of artists so you are never getting ready for more than 6 hours!

    • We can do just your makeup, hair or both! When choosing us for both services, we create a schedule for you so your morning runs smoothly and on time.

    • Because the demand for our services during peak wedding months is very high, we do not hold dates. Our availability is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Dates are only secured with a signed contract and paid retainer.
